Upper Deck Painting was founded in 1985. Painting Houses, Residentail Buildings and Apartments in the Greater Sonora and Modesto area. Then in 2001 "Upper Deck Painting" was officially licensed to Robert Gamber as a Painting Contrator. It was at that time in 2001 when Upper Deck became licensed, Insured, Bonded and operating under California State Lic. #795468
